 Drama Fest Production Stuff

§  Costumes: We need to figure out a spot for each show for Drama Fest, and a spot to hang my advanced acting costumes. Check in with each director to know what they need from you. Have we returned all costumes from LB? If not, we need to contact Mrs. Dreessen to have her come in and help. We also need to select the costumes for Vinny and Bradford.

§  Hair & Makeup:  Please help costumes clean the green room. It needs to be in good shape for the group this weekend. Please make a list of the supplies we need to purchase for next year.

§  Front of House/Promotions: We need to create the poster for Drama Fest, both the small one and large one! I need to print the small one tomorrow. The cost will be $2! We should also start the program now. Our goal is to have the program done by next week. The poster should be done shortly after. This poster can be smaller. Have the directors check your list for the program quickly.

§  Props: Assign spots for each Drama Fest show on the prop tables, as well as a spot for our advanced class plays. Label them with spike tape. Check in with each director to see what they need from you. We need to reorganize the prop closet and make sure that all borrowed props have been returned.

§  Set: We need to reorganize the backstage area so the screen can come down, and so the rolling cart is against a wall. We also need to nicely organize the set pieces for Drama Fest so they aren’t in the way of the Art Walk. Maybe take a picture of Selena’s run plan as a guide. When are we returning items?

§  Sound: Who is running sound for this show? Check in with each director to finalize their song choice for before their play. Start finding sound effects and transition music for each show. Pre, post, and intermission music should be selected.

§  Lights:  Start getting lights put together for the shows. Check in with each director to see what they need from you. We also want to make sure we have distinct cues for the advanced acting class shows as well.
