§  Costumes: We need rehearsal skirts ASAP. Let’s start organizing and gathering costumes ASAP. Meet with each ensemble member and ask what imagined character they are playing. What is your costume deadline? Can you make a Google doc. Assignment for people to fill out to help you select costumes for their character?
§  Hair & Makeup:  You guys will be making your presentation on Thursday. Make sure to share your Google assignment with me today! Can I see it? We need some people not in the show to help with hair and makeup. Who can do this?
§  Front of House/Promotions: Continue working on the poster. Middle school posters. Ticket form!
§  Props: We want to start gathering items for practice props. Can we organize the set closet, so there is a space specifically for Little Women props to be stored?
§  Set: Decide who will be working on which portions of the set and start researching what the set should look like. If you need paint colors, wallpaper, etc. I need to know as soon as possible. We can also start pulling flats and platforms for the show.
§  Sound: Let’s figure out what we need for the parent night. Who will be in the booth and who will be in the audience? On March 19th there will be sound guy coming in to work with you guys and the board. He will be here from 2-5pm. Start looking for pre and post show music and any other sounds we might need.
§  Lights: Come take a look at the ground plan or see a set member. I am happy to explain my vision! We need to put up a general wash for the jazz night coming up.
§  Stage Managers – We need to finalize who our tech. hands will be.
